Most custom designs take 4 to 6 weeks from your first Design Consultation to finished piece. More complex designs with multiple revision rounds may take 6 to 8 weeks. We have been doing this in Austin since 1986 and always provide a clear, honest timeline so there are no surprises. If you have a proposal date in mind, we recommend starting at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance — though we can often accommodate rush requests when needed.
Our Essential package includes one full CAD revision with Design Consultation. Premium includes multiple revisions and consultations, and Luxury includes unlimited revisions — as many Design Consultations as it takes. In practice, most clients finalize their design within two to three rounds. There is never a charge for small tweaks, and nothing moves to fabrication until you are completely satisfied. You are in control of every decision, every step of the way.
Absolutely. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, and our gemologists can help you understand the differences so you can make the right choice for your priorities. Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to natural stones — same hardness, same brilliance, same fire. The only difference is origin. Lab-grown diamonds typically cost 40 to 80 percent less than equivalent natural stones, which means you can often go up in size or quality within the same budget.
