Bring In Your Diamond
Visit our Austin showroom at 4101 Guadalupe St Suite 600 with your current diamond or diamond ring. Our gemologist will perform a professional evaluation using the 4Cs—carat weight, cut quality, color grade, and clarity—along with current market data to determine a fair trade-in value. This assessment is completely free and takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome, or book an appointment at (512) 206-4156 for dedicated time with our team.
Choose Your New Diamond
Browse our curated selection of natural and lab-grown diamonds to find the perfect upgrade. Our team will guide you through the options based on your preferences, budget, and the trade-in credit available from your current stone. Whether you want to go bigger in carat weight, jump up in color or clarity grades, or explore an entirely different shape, we will help you find the ideal stone for your next chapter.
Complete Your Upgrade
Your trade-in credit is applied directly to the purchase price of your new diamond. You pay only the difference. If you would like a new setting to complement your upgraded stone, we can help with that too—choose from our collection or work with our designers to create something custom. Your new diamond can be set in your existing ring or mounted in a completely new design.

Eligibility
Our upgrade program is open to all diamond owners, regardless of where the original diamond was purchased. Natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds are both eligible for trade-in evaluation. We accept loose diamonds as well as diamonds set in rings, pendants, earrings, and other jewelry. There are no time restrictions or purchase history requirements to participate.
Trade-In Value
Your diamond’s trade-in value is determined by a professional evaluation of its carat weight, cut quality, color grade, clarity, and overall condition, benchmarked against current wholesale market prices. We provide a clear, written breakdown so you understand exactly how the value is calculated. Trade-in values are applied as a direct credit toward your new diamond purchase.
Upgrade Requirements
The new diamond must be of equal or greater value than your trade-in credit. This ensures the program functions as a genuine upgrade path. There is no maximum limit on upgrade value—whether you are stepping up from a half-carat to a full carat or making a dramatic jump to a three-carat stone, our program accommodates upgrades of all sizes.
Certification & Documentation
If your diamond has a GIA, AGS, or other laboratory grading report, please bring it along as it can streamline the evaluation process. However, certification is not required to participate. Our gemologist will independently assess your diamond regardless of whether it has existing documentation. Your new upgraded diamond will come with its own laboratory grading report.
